NEW PRODUCT: FLEX-Controller

The FLEX™ Weighing Controller is adaptable to a wide range of weighing applications: precision measurement and control of hopper scales, packing scales, checkweighing scales and batching systems are easily achieved.

The large 145mm (5.7") touch screen is clearly visible from a distance and provides live data on the setpoint, average weight, standard deviation, quantity of approved items measured, over-weight and under-weight items measured, approved item rating (quantity per hour), estimated end of job, graphical speed indication, and a graphical level indicator showing the setpoint, tolerance limits and the last measured value.

Touch-screen buttons are always active for starting a new job, stopping the current run, viewing the main menu and recipe pages.

FLEX-Controller also incorporates Penko's new G-Cal™ technology to make calibration simple. Load cell data and the location coordinates are all that is needed to calibrate the instrument. Internal look-up tables for load cell data plus will make all the corrections instantly and with the G-Cal™ system, accuracy improves ten-fold to 1/10,000.
