When commissioning a silo weighing system for example, it is usual practice to employ at least five standard weights, and correct for the location and height above sea level.

With a Penko instrument which is equipped with G-Cal™ precise gravity correction, load cell data and the location coordinates are all that is needed to ensure optimum accuracy. Internal look-up tables for load cell data plus Penko's new patent-pending G-Cal™ technology will make all the corrections instantly.

Traditionally, instruments rely on the mV specification from the load cells and this results in an accuracy of 1/1000. With Penko's G-Cal™ system, the accuracy improves to 1/6,000 (better than 0.017%).
