NEW PRODUCT: PENKO Belt Weigher System

The PENKO belt weighing system is a complete 3 part solution for retrofit applications. It is easy to install in less than 4 hours, tough enough for even the most hostile environment with an extremely compact designed weigh frame to fit the tightest of spaces.

Due to its simple installation the belt weigher is easily adaptable for all kinds of conveyers. Apart from the occasional inspection to ensure that the frame is clear of debris, the system is easy to maintain because there are no large surface areas for spilling material to collect. This makes for a huge improvement of weighing accuracy.

A state of the art integrator measures 1600 measurements per second, which gives by far the highest measuring accuracy and making it 60% faster than any belt weighing systems on the market. For example, at every 3.2m/s a measurement is taken every 2mm.

Appropriate to the specific application, a revolutionary unique touch screen display with both digital and graphical views at high resolution is available at your fingertips. What’s more, the PENKO belt weigher system is compatible with RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet, USB, Canbus and Profibus DP protocols.
